The Männlichen cable car and the village centre are only a short walk away.

A winter fairy tale...
Wengen is the ideal starting point for excursions to the family-friendly ski area. Beginners use the ski practice area in the middle of the village, advanced winter sports enthusiasts can reach the nearby Kleine Scheidegg-Männlichen ski area with 110 km of slopes with the Wengernalp or Männlichen cable car. To get the feeling of a ski racing pro, the famous World Cup downhill run on the Lauberhorn can be used as the highlight of a skiing day.
The Grindelwald - First and Mürren - Schilthorn ski areas are also within easy reach.
Let us spoil you with all kinds of delicacies from our kitchen. In particular these are fish specialities from local waters. Of course you will also find rich meat dishes and vegetarian specialities on our menu.

Quiet location
Wengen has no road access. Although this means that the village has no direct access by private car, Wengen can still be reached easily and comfortably.
On arrival at the train station, use the free telephone (#25) and you will be picked up with your luggage. The pick-up service is available until 18h30, check-in until 22h00 at the latest.
