Esther's Guesthouse is located in an old Swiss wooden chalet in the quiet and car-free mountain village Gimmelwald. It is one of the last car-free villages in the Alps and offers beautiful and natural landscapes.
Nevertheless, the arrival is very comfortable. By public transport or car you can get to the valley station of the Schilthorn cable car. By cable car it goes steeply up to Gimmelwald. Esthers Guesthouse is only two minutes' walk from the station.
The family-run guesthouse offers 7 different rooms (from single rooms to 6-bed rooms) and 2 apartments. In our family-friendly guesthouse you are very well looked after, but of course you have your privacy in the guest rooms or apartments.
Our holiday house has the perfect infrastructure for relaxed holidays in the mountains.
For example, you can cook for yourself in the communal kitchen, enjoy your breakfast or an aperitif in the large garden or on the terrace.
Both our apartments have their own kitchen and a large balcony or direct access to the terrace.
The guesthouse is located 150 meters or one minute walk from the cable car station.
