Rules for the use of the vouchers

• What is the advantage of the voucher action?
  You save 20% on the voucher value.

• Where can I redeem the voucher?
  The voucher can be redeemed at participating hotels in the Jungfrau Region. In order for the voucher to be redeemed, the booking must be made through the Jungfrau Region's destination marketplace.

Participating hotels 

• How do you redeem the voucher?
  The voucher code can be used when making a booking via the destination marketplace and will be deducted from the price of the stay. The voucher can only be used for bookings made via the Destination Marketplace, it is not possible to use it at a later date at the hotel.

• What happens to the balance if only a partial amount of the voucher is redeemed?
  Partial payment of the balance is not possible. If there is a remaining amount, it will expire.

• Where can I see how long the voucher is still valid?
  All vouchers sold are valid until 31.12.2024.
  Bookings in the period between 24.12. and 31.12. of the relevant travel year are excluded from the use of the vouchers.

• Is the voucher still valid after a cancellation?
  Cancellation fees are compensated primarily through the submitted voucher. The voucher amount is non-refundable (Non-Refundable) and will be claimed for the full amount by the hotel in the event of any type of cancellation. Should the voucher amount not exceed the total cancellation fees, the hotel is entitled to charge the remaining amount to the credit card on file.
  
  A refund of the voucher in case of cancellation is therefore not possible. Once the voucher has been redeemed at the completion of a booking, it is no longer valid and cannot be used a second time.

• How many vouchers can I buy?
  You can buy up to five vouchers via the order form. Multiple orders via the form are possible.

• How many vouchers can I redeem per booking?
  Up to 5 voucher codes can be applied per booking. It is not possible to use more than 5 voucher codes per booking.
